What have you mistaken for who you are that was actually
who you learned you
needed to be?
Maybe you're the strong one.
The independent one.
The caretaker.
The peacekeeper.
The one who reads the room before anyone says a word.
But how much of that is actually who you are -
and how much of it is who you learned you needed to be
in order to survive?
Maybe being strong meant you never had to depend on anyone.
Keeping the peace kept you safe.
Reading the room taught you how to anticipate what everyone else needed before you ever considered
what you needed.
And somewhere along the way, what you learned to do became who you believed yourself to be.
You've spent years understanding those patterns.
You know where they came from.
You know why you do what you do.
But knowing isn't the same as embodying.
You can know you're allowed to say no and still feel guilty saying it.
You can know you deserve healthy love
and still feel uncomfortable receiving it.
You can understand what happened to you and still carry it in ways you haven't recognized yet.
So what's underneath all of that?
That's where EMMI comes in.
You already know more than you think you do.
You know when something feels off.
You know when you're saying yes but everything in you wants to say no.
You know when you're making excuses for someone
because admitting what you really think would mean having to do something about it.
You know when you're settling.
And you know that feeling when you hear yourself saying
'it's fine'
while another voice inside
you is saying
No, it f*cking isn't.
The problem isn't that you don't know.
It's how quickly you've learned to override what you do know.
Maybe you learned that keeping the peace was safer than telling the truth.
That being a good wife, mother, daughter, employee, or friend
meant putting yourself last.
Wanting more meant you were ungrateful.
Disappointing someone meant you had done something wrong.
After a while, those beliefs stop sounding like beliefs...
and they just start sounding like you.
And that's where things get interesting.
Because how do you change a life built around beliefs you don't even realize you're carrying?
I know because I knew, too...
I became fluent in the language of healing while remaining committed to a life that was suffocating me.
I spent 14 years in a marriage where there was repeated infidelity. I left more than once,
and I went back every time.
I wasn't oblivious.
I wasn't incapable of seeing what was happening.
I knew things needed to change.
But knowing and choosing are not the same thing.
Eventually, I stopped asking why I hadn't
'known better'
and started asking a much more useful question:
What kept overriding what I already knew?
That question changed the direction of my life.
It also became deeply woven into the work I've now spent more than 15 years doing.
Because telling a woman to 'just choose herself' isn't particularly useful when she doesn't understand what keeps convincing her not to.
That's why I created EMMI.
your truth underneath
EMMI is an AI Emotional Embodiment Coach built around the work I've spent more than 15 years doing with subconscious patterns, repeating cycles, and emotional embodiment.
Your $44/month membership includes access to your own personal EMMI portal that you can use like an app - any time, anywhere.
You bring her the real thing.
The argument you can't stop replaying.
The boundary you know you need to set.
The relationship you keep questioning
The reaction that felt way bigger than what just happened
The choice you keep making even though you promised yourself you wouldn't make it again.
You don't need to know what the pattern is before you start.
Just tell her what happened.
EMMI remembers your story and asks questions based on what you share, helping you look underneath the obvious answer and notice what may actually be driving the subconscious choices.
She isn't there to tell you what to do.
She helps you see what keeps
talking you out of
what you already know.
This is where the work begins
Reflection • Integration • Self-Love • Embodiment.
R.I.S.E. is the personally developed methodology underneath EMMI that I've been incorporating in women's group coaching programs and one-on-one intensives for over 15 years - but you don't need to learn a framework or complete a course to use it.
You talk to her.
You tell the truth.
You follow the conversation.
And instead of realizing three days later that you abandoned yourself again, you begin recognizing the pattern while you're actually inside of it.
Maybe you still choose the familiar...
Maybe you don't.
But now it's a choice.
What happens when you start choosing differently?
This isn't about becoming better at spotting your patterns.
That's not the end goal.
The point is what becomes possible when those patterns stop making so many of your choices for you.
You say no when you mean no, without spending the rest of the day convincing yourself you're a terrible person.
You stop pouring your energy into relationships that require you to abandon yourself to keep them.
You ask for what you really want.
You make decisions based on where you want to go, instead of what will keep everyone else comfortable.
You stop talking yourself out of the opportunity, the relationship, the money, the experience, or the life you desire because some old part of you has decided it isn't safe to have it.
And little by little, your life starts looking less like the one you learned to tolerate and more like the one you actually choose.
That's the outcome.
Not endless healing.
Not spending the rest of your life excavating another wound.
You gain the ability to recognize what's been running the show, work with what surfaces, and make a different choice when it matters.
Because one different choice might change a conversation...
Another might change what you believe you're available for...
And enough different choices?
They change a life.
Frequently Asked Questions
ChatGPT is designed to respond to whatever you ask it. EMMI has been intentionally built for a much more specific kind of conversation.
She is shaped around the framework I use in my own coaching: looking beneath the immediate problem to explore the beliefs, conditioning, emotional patterns, past experiences, and protective responses that may be influencing what you're experiencing now.
Instead of simply giving you an answer or telling you what to do, EMMI asks questions based on what you tell her.
Your answers shape where the conversation goes next, allowing you to keep digging until you begin to see connections you may not have recognized on your own.
Think of ChatGPT as a general-purpose AI.
EMMI has a job: to hold up the mirror and help you excavate what's underneath.
Anything you're trying to understand about yourself.
A relationship you can't seem to let go of. A reaction that feels bigger than the situation. A decision you keep going back and forth on. A boundary you struggle to hold. A pattern you keep repeating even though you know better. Something someone said that you can't stop thinking about. Or simply, "I don't know what's wrong, but something feels off."
You don't need to know the right question, use coaching language, or understand where the problem comes from before you start.
Bring EMMI what's happening. She'll meet you there.
No.
EMMI is a coaching and self-exploration tool, not a therapist, mental health professional, or substitute for professional mental health care.
She was created to help you explore your patterns, beliefs, reactions, choices, and experiences through deeper questioning and reflection.
Think of EMMI as a mirror - not a diagnosis.
She gives you a place to look more deeply at yourself, but what you uncover and what you choose to do with it remains yours.
As often as you need her.
Your $44 monthly membership includes 200 messages per month, which automatically reset at the beginning of each new billing cycle. Unused messages do not roll over.
You don't have to wait until something feels big enough or important enough. Use EMMI when you're triggered, stuck in your head, noticing an old pattern, trying to make a decision, or simply curious about why something is affecting you the way it is.
Some conversations may become a deep excavation. Others might begin with, “Okay, something just happened and I need to understand why the hell that bothered me so much.”
For the best use of your 200 messages, give EMMI context rather than sending several short messages separately. The more you give her to work with, the deeper the conversation can go.
There’s no right way to use EMMI. Start wherever you are.
Not at all. That’s kind of the point.
You don’t need to arrive already knowing what’s underneath what you’re experiencing.
Start with what you do know: what happened, how you reacted, what you’re feeling, what you can’t stop thinking about, or what simply doesn’t make sense to you.
EMMI will ask questions based on what you share, and your answers guide where the conversation goes next.
Sometimes you already know there’s a pattern. Sometimes all you know is, “I keep ending up here, and I don’t understand why.”
Either one is enough to begin.
Yes. What you share with EMMI is yours.
Your conversations with EMMI are not visible to other EMMI members and are connected to your individual account.
While using EMMI, you may be given the option to voluntarily share a conversation with Astra Domina.
Shared conversations may be reviewed for the purpose of improving EMMI’s responses, understanding how members are using the platform, and making the overall EMMI experience more useful.
Sharing your conversations with Astra is completely optional.
If you choose to share a conversation, it will not be used as an invitation for Astra to contact you about what you discussed. Your privacy will be respected, and the information you share will only be viewed for the purposes described above.
As with any online or AI-based platform, please avoid sharing highly sensitive information such as passwords, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other information that could compromise your security.
You decide whether your conversations stay with you or are voluntarily shared to help make EMMI better.
Yes.
EMMI can remember information from your conversations and use that context as you continue working with her.
But she is still an AI, and her memory isn’t perfect. We’re continuing to improve how she remembers and uses information behind the scenes.
You’ll also find an “About Me” section inside EMMI.
This is where you can intentionally give her information about yourself that you want her to remember—things that may be important context for future conversations.
You might include things like important relationships, recurring patterns you’re working on, personal goals, major life experiences, or anything else you don’t want to repeatedly explain.
Think of About Me as the context you specifically want EMMI to keep in mind, while her conversational memory allows her to build familiarity with you over time.
And if she ever misses something or gets it wrong? Correct her. She’s a tool designed to work with you, and we’re still actively refining her behind the scenes.
The more useful context EMMI has, the more personally relevant your conversations with her can become.
YOU ALREADY KNOW
SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE.
You don't need another person telling you what you should do.
You need to understand what keeps talking you out of what you already know.
To see the pattern when it's happening.
To recognize the old belief before it makes the choice for you.
And to give yourself the opportunity to choose something different.
Because that's how a life changes.
Not all at once, but one conscious choice at a time.
You already know more than you think you do.
Maybe it's time to stop overriding it.
